How we ask
Every customer gets the same ask.
There's no system behind our ratings beyond this: when the job is finished and the final walkthrough is done, we ask for a review. Every customer gets that request, whether the project went smoothly or we had to come back and make something right. We don't sort homeowners into happy and unhappy piles before deciding who gets asked.
The reviews sit on Google and HomeStars, where we can't edit or remove them. Bad work would go on the permanent record, and that suits us. We'd rather hold a 4.9 that anyone can check than claim a perfect score nobody can. It's the same way we've run the company since 2012.
