How long does the estimate take?
The form takes about two minutes. We call back within one business day to book the visit, and the written estimate comes after we have seen the roof in person, not before. We would rather hand you a real number than a guess over the phone.
Is it really no obligation?
Yes. You get the estimate and you decide what happens next. No deposit to get a number, and nobody phones you every week to close the deal. Some homeowners use our quote to check another contractor's price, and that's fine with us.
Do you quote in writing?
Always. Scope, materials and price on paper before any work starts, and the number on the quote is the number on the invoice. If we find something unexpected once we're up there, we talk to you before touching it.
